Including programs in sales, presentation, presence and communication skills. She is the author of The Created Careers Training System.

Mickey has a degree in Theater, Communications and Public Speaking from Clarion University, studied in Salzburg on a scholarship from the Pennsylvania Consortium for International Education and is a graduate of the Photojournalism program at the International Center for Photography in NYC.
